Ronald,一間北京金融公司的老闆、生意人,於國內人脈甚廣
。他於中國經商多年,香港亦設有分公司、中港兩邊走。於這次專訪中Ronald會分享國內財富管理經驗之外、更會比較中港兩地金融體制以及提到香港人北上神州要注意到的事項。

我們一起看看以下的問與答,了解Ronald於職場上怎樣變身成為轉形金剛。



為何會由IT轉到Finance的行業?

Ronald﹕『其實行業係唔同,但係基本管理既概念上係相通,好似就算MBA既概念亦都可以帶到去金融行業,完全冇問題。無論理論上或者實際執行上都一樣,可以應用到既。』

什麼驅使RonaldCWM®?
Ronald﹕『因為我係93年已經係中國大陸開始發展金融事業,過往都係幫客人處理投資項目,係工作過程中接觸到好多有興趣投資既人。而家有好多國內人都會投資於香港市場,憑住係中國大陸多年投資管理既經驗,係大陸市場有一定既人脈,所以就係香港設立投資公司、開拓新市場。國內投資者亦好需要專業人才幫手,所以CWM有助我於香港開拓新領域。』
財富管理於國內發展如何?
Ronald﹕『我覺得於中國大陸既投資者投資方向可能比較保守,可能會做少少儲蓄或者買少少基金。國內投資種類可能又冇香港咁多樣化,所以國內投資經理少與客戶建立一個朋友關係,對比於香港既private banking、係發展得比較成熟、投資經理與客戶比較容易建立一個朋友關係,從而幫助到客戶真真正正既投資需要。中國投資市場逐漸發覺到呢樣重要性,慢慢開始建立一個咁樣既管理模式,所以機會係有既!』

Ronald﹕『絕對有幫助!可能入行時未需要呢個資格既時候又或者因為門檻底而得到大量從業人員加入,質數會較參差。所以CWM不但係金融行業係一個質素保證既標準,更加絕對幫助到從業人員晉升既機會。』
 
怎樣於競爭激烈的環境下"突圍而出"?
Ronald﹕『財富管理係人性化既管理模式,當然機構之間既競爭都好大、出名既銀行有更好既吸引力,但接觸客戶既都係客戶經理,所以客戶經理要較人性化、將心比己、以客戶角度出發,幫助客戶投資。』
國內財富管理 香港人= 優勢?

Ronald﹕『香港人當然有優勢,因為香港與大陸而家有個空隙、例如智識上又或者實際經驗上甚至乎人才方面。CWM係中國仲係算新,雖然部份概念已經被掌握,但始終中國市場需要CWM人才去加快成熟國內既市場。』

香港從業員怎可把握國內機遇?
Ronald﹕『其實而家呢個趨勢對於我地係一個好好既機會,點解呢?係因為中國富人開始將累積財富投放於國外,國內好多人因為生活環境而作出移民決定。香港必然是第一站,香港作為中國金融領導地位、擁有國際金融市場文化背景,香港自然會吸引到好多有興趣投資既人。』

國內有錢人 VS 香港有錢人

Ronald﹕『香港富人財富好多都係由上一代甚至早幾代累積落黎既,相反,中國富人既財富係第一代打拚上黎既,所以中國既富人對自己既投資角度好有信心、佢地好多認為自己做生意賺既錢比較可觀,所以對於財富管理難就難在點樣得到中國富人有信心交一筆錢比你管理、絕對係一個挑戰。』

Mr. Marco Low


Marco Low has more than 16 years of experience in training industry. He was the Consumer Bank Training Director in Citibank Singapore Ltd. Consecutively in 2009 & 2010, in his capacity as Training Director, he has anchored learning & development initiatives for Singapore & Asia Pacific Region towards Branch Management Leadership, Wealth Management and Soft Skills Programs, Formulation of Policies & Structure to Develop High Potential Sales & Service Staff.

Mr. Michael Armstrong


Michael has over 20 years experience in financial services (16 years in Asia) focusing on strategies to build client base, increase sales, profitability and customer loyalty. He has extensive knowledge in Wealth Management product, sales and distribution. He has worked at Citibank (Sydney), HSBC (Hong Kong) and now as a consultant and trainer. At HSBC his last role was Head of Retirement Planning and was tasked with developing a client retirement solution integrating traditional banking, insurance and
investment products.
