  • Being a seasoned executive and project director with expertise in IT and Technology, Raymond understands the significance of professional project management and its importance to an organization. Raymond has over 25 years of IT experience with leading edge corporations. He has held senior positions such as Managing Director, General Manager, and Principal Consultant of leading edge technology and system integration firms in Canada, Hong Kong and China. In the past, Raymond has held key positions such as General Manager with Pacific Concord Holdings in Hong Kong, Associate Director with Bell Canada, Managing Consultant with Bell Sygma, and Design Engineer in United Technologies in Canada.
  • Raymond is very passionate about the professionalism of project management. He was one of the founders of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Hong Kong Chapter in 1997 and has been serving as an Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Chapter since then. He is currently the Past President of PMI Hong Kong Chapter. In addition, Raymond has also delivered many PM related training courses & mentoring services in Hong Kong.
