This program is designed for HR professionals whose primary responsibilities involve designing and planning HR policies and practices, and those who wish to learn practical and professional knowledge in developing strategies, leading HR function, foster influence in the community, analyze performance metrics, and align HR strategies to organizational goals

After completion of the program, participants will be well-prepared to sit for TWO of the most-recognized certification examinations: The Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCPTM)

  • SPHR® – a 3-hour computer-based exam with 175 multiple-choice questions
  • SPHR® Exam fee : USD595
  • SHRM-SCPTM – a 4-hour computer-based exam with 160 multiple-choice questions
  • SHRM-SCPTM Exam fee : USD400 for non-SHRM member, USD300 for SHRM member

Pre-requisites to sit for exam

Both certification holders are required to complete 60-hour of HR-related continuing professional development activities every 3 years, or by successfully passing the exam again, to recertify the designation.
