Mr. Erik Laykin

Mr. Laykin focuses on large scale international corporate investigations in which computer forensics and electronic discovery plays a major role. Erik regularly comments on technology matters at industry conferences and for the media including CNN, FOX, ABC, NBC, and CBS. He has participated on a number of advisory boards including the California Judicial Council’s Subcommittee on Digital Evidence, the California Department of Insurance Anti-Fraud Advisory Task Force and The Electronic Commerce Council.

Mr. Ted Suen

Ted has over 25 years of solid experiences in Information Technology with expertise knowledge in IT outsourcing and large scale system integration projects. He is responsible to formulate the corporate IT strategy, manages the overall MTR corporate IT functions and the formulation of corporate IT strategies. Ted has won the 2012 China Top 5 CIO Award, 2013 China Best Value CIO Award, 2013 Hong Kong Outstanding Performance IT Award Excellence, and 2013 Hong Kong CIO Award for Large Enterprise.

Mr. Henk ten Bos

CIO, Ageas Insurance Company


Mr. Henk ten Bos is Chief Information Officer responsible for the IT strategy at Ageas Insurance Company which is one of Hong Kong’s largest life insurance companies. He provides regional leadership on IT to joint ventures in Asia and is the linking pin for knowledge sharing between Asia and the other operating companies within the Group. Henk has been active in the industry for more than 20 years and regularly publishes articles in professional magazines on Business and ICT Developments.

Mr. Henry Ng

CISSP Master Trainer, KORNERSTONE Institute


Henry is the master trainer of the CISSP program at KORNERSTONE, authorized by (ISC)². He is one of the members of the Hong Kong Expert Group on Cloud Security and Privacy, director of Cloud Security Alliance Hong Kong and Macau Chapter, member of the IT Advisory Group of PopVote at HKUPOP, and one of the members of the Government’s Specialist Task Force on Information Security. He speaks frequently at international conferences on cyber security topics.

Mr. Fuller Yu

Head of Technology Risk Management, AIA Group


Fuller is responsible for technology risk management strategies, and business continuity management programs for AIA Group. He also manages IT Security Operations arm and provides management support for both internal and external IT audits. Fuller was Vice President, Resiliency & IT Risk Management of J.P. Morgan where he managed enterprise information risk agenda including IT control governance, risk assessment and security solutions.

Mr. Sean Lin

Sean currently leads the Information Security Team of the Information Systems Wing of Hong Kong Police Force. He holds a MBA and MSc, he is a CISSP, CISM and CISA, an honoree of the 2012 Asia-Pacific Information Security Leadership Achievements (ISLA) Program. Sean received the 2006 Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award. He currently serves as the Honorary Secretary of The Outstanding Young Persons Association, Director of the ISACA China Hong Kong Chapter, Founding Chairman of Convocation and University Council Member of the HKUST.

Dr. Mengchow Kang

CISSP, CISA, (ISC)² Asian Advisory Board Member; Director and Chief Information Security Officer for APJC Region, Cisco Systems Inc.


Dr. Kang is the author of “Responsive Security – Be Ready to be Secure”, and has been a practicing information security professional for more than 20 years in various information security and risk management roles in the Singapore government, major multi-nationals financial institutions, and security and technology providers. His contributions to the information security industry and community have also been marked by numerous industry awards.

Mr. Michael Leung

Mr. Michael Leung manages the Bank’s information technology and operations, and serves as a key member of the Bank’s Management Committee. Mr. Michael is the President of the HK Computer Society, Vice Chair of the CIO Board, a Fellow of the HK Institute of Directors, an Exco Member of the HK Institute of Bankers, Chair of the IS Departmental Advisory Committee of CityU, Vice Chair of the HK Down Syndrome Association and head of its Finance Committee.

Mr. Micky Lo is leading the regional team with the mission to enable business solutions while proactively protecting BNY Mellon from information risks. Micky oversees the implementation of information risk roadmaps in the region. Prior to this, Micky has held senior positions in IT management, IT Security/Risk management and Audit with Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and Citibank.

Mr. Peter Koo

Mr. Peter Koo is the National Leader of Security, Privacy, and Resiliency Consulting Services of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Greater China Region. He leads and manages risk management consulting services in Sarbanes Oxley Attestation/Readiness, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Privacy & Security Services, System Processing Consulting and Re-engineering. He is the regional leader of the firm’s eBusiness Security and Certification Authority/PKI consulting services and serves the firm’s various industry groups.

Mr. Lim Shih Hsien

Head of Information Security, Hong Kong Jockey Club


Mr. Lim Shih Hsien is responsible for Hong Kong Jockey Club’s information security strategies, and data privacy policies. He is tasked to identify new technology risks and ensure that effective mitigation measures are implemented. He has held positions in information security with the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, Singapore Airlines and Singapore’s Ministry of Health (MOH), prior to joining the HKJC, Shih Hsien was the Director, Identity & Security Services of MOH Holdings P/L.

Mr. Anthony Lim

Mr. Lim is a popular speaker for conferences and media (print, broadcast, internet) for matters of cyber-security. He received (ISC)²’s Asia-Pacific Information Security Senior Leadership Achievement and President’s awards in 2010. He was IBM Asia Pacific Application Security business director and ex-co office-bearer on Singapore InfoComm Technology Federation (www.sitf.org.sg) Security & Governance Chapter (2004-2011), and is a charter member of Singapore Government (IDA)’s CyberSecurity Alliance Committee.

Mr. Charles Mok

Legislative Councillor (Information Technology), HKSAR


Charles is one of the ICT industry pioneers in Hong Kong, as Honorary President of Hong Kong Information Technology Federation, former Chairman of Hong Kong Internet Service Providers Association, and Co-founder of Internet Society Hong Kong. Internationally, Charles served as Chairman of Asian, Australasian and Pacific Islands Regional At-Large Organization, Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers during 2011 and 2012. Representing the Information Technology Functional Constituency of Hong Kong SAR, Charles is also active in public services with a view to upholding the core values of Hong Kong of which include democracy, liberty, human rights, rule of law and integrity.
