新版 PMP Exam 已於 2026 年 7 月 9 日正式推出。新制下，題型更重視情境判斷，新增 Case or Scenario 及 Graphic-Based Questions；考試內容亦加入 AI、Sustainability、Value Delivery 等新主題。

考試仍為 180 題、240 分鐘，但三大 Domain 的比例已重新分配：People 33%、Process 41%、Business Environment 26%。如果正準備 PMP，最需要做的不是把舊教材全部推翻，而是先掌握新版 ECO 的重點，再調整溫習及做題方法。

以下先看 PMP 2026 改版的主要變化，再用 5 條 Mock Questions 示範不同情境應該怎樣判斷答案。

1. PMP 2026 改版，先看主要變化

1.1 Business Environment 增至 26%

新版 ECO 仍然分為 People、Process 及 Business Environment 三大 Domain，但比重已重新調整。People 由 42% 降至 33%，Process 由 50% 降至 41%，Business Environment 則由 8% 大幅增至 26%。溫習時不能再把 Business Environment 當作次要部分，Governance、Compliance、Organisational Change、Business Value 及外部環境對項目的影響都要重新分配時間。

1.2 Predictive、Agile 及 Hybrid 都會考

PMI 最新 ECO 指出，約 40% 題目涉及 Predictive approach，其餘約 60% 分布在 Adaptive／Agile 及 Hybrid approaches。這些工作方式會穿插在 People、Process 及 Business Environment 的不同情境中，做題時要先看清楚項目背景，再判斷應採取的做法。

1.3 題型更重視情境判斷

新版考試仍有 Multiple-choice questions，但題型比舊制更多元。PMI 把 Case or Scenario 及 Graphic-Based Questions 列為新題型：前者可能先提供一段完整的 Business／Project Situation，再按同一組資料回答數題；後者則要求閱讀 Chart、Graph、Diagram 或 Image 後作答。考生除了要熟悉概念，亦要更快抓到角色、限制條件和真正要處理的問題。

1.4 AI、Sustainability、Value Delivery 成為新重點

AI、Sustainability、Value Delivery 及 Stakeholder Engagement 都在新版內容中更突出。重點不是額外背幾組名詞，而是理解它們放到項目情境後會怎樣影響 Decision-making、Risk、Governance 及 Business Outcome。這些內容亦會與 Predictive、Agile 或 Hybrid 情境一併出現。

1.5 舊教材仍可用，但要按新版 ECO 補強

已經用舊教材溫習，不需要全部由頭開始。原有的項目管理核心概念仍然有用，但要按新版 ECO 補上新的 Domain 比例、AI、Sustainability、Value Delivery 及新題型。較實際的做法，是先用 ECO 對一次考試範圍，再檢查手上的 Notes 和題庫有沒有漏掉新版重點。

2. 5 條 PMP Mock Questions：看看情境題怎樣考

新版 PMP 情境題最考功夫的，是能否在有限資料中抓到角色、次序和問題重點。

以下 5 題涵蓋 Agile、Stakeholder、Business Environment、Change Control 及 Team Performance，方便了解實際作答語境。

2.1 Agile：Sponsor 想加入新 Requirement，應由誰決定？

Mock Question 1｜Adaptive / Agile｜Product Owner

Question While taking over an agile project as a scrum master, you are being asked frequently by sponsor on whether new requirement can be added. What should you do next?:A. Review with project charter on scope coverage B. Understand maturity of the company in implementing agile project C. Refer to question to the Product Owner to decide D. 在 Agile / Scrum 環境下，新 Requirement 是否進入 Product Backlog，以及其價值和優先次序，核心責任在 Product Owner。Scrum Master 的角色是協助團隊理解及落實 Scrum，而不是代替 Product Owner 決定產品需求。Sponsor 可以提出需要，但是否納入及如何排序，應交由 Product Owner 評估。

答題重點：先看清楚誰有權作出這個決定。Agile 題目經常把 Sponsor、Scrum Master、Product Owner 和 Team 放在同一個情境中，角色分工一旦看錯，答案很容易跟着選錯。

2.2 Stakeholder：Customer 不滿 Deliverable，第一步應該做甚麼？

Customer 表示不滿意時，先了解原因，比立即修改 Deliverable 或要求對方接受更合理。問題可能來自 Scope、Quality、Expectation、Communication，甚至對 Acceptance Criteria 的理解不同。未確定問題之前便直接提出替代方案，容易令團隊處理錯方向。

答題重點：看到 BEST course of action，先釐清問題，再決定是否需要 Change、Corrective Action 或重新對齊 Stakeholder Expectation。未找出原因便直接改 Deliverable，通常太早。

2.3 Business Environment：Project 與新公司策略不一致，應怎樣處理？

這個 Project Request 有 Business Driver，但與最新 Strategic Plan 不一致。項目經理不應自行開始 WBS，也不適合單方面要求 Customer 撤回。較穩妥的做法，是把 Strategic Misalignment 交由 Management / Governance 層面審視，再決定是否批准、調整或停止。

答題重點：涉及企業策略、Governance 或 Business Direction 時，先判斷決定權在哪一層。不是所有問題都應由 Project Manager 自行拍板。

2.4 Change Control：Sponsor 提出 Change Request，首先做甚麼？

Sponsor 提出的 Change Request 既不應自動接受，也不應因為原本未列入 Project Charter 就立即拒絕。第一步應先評估 Change 對 Scope、Schedule、Cost、Risk、Resources 等方面的影響，再按既定 Change Control / Governance 流程作出建議及決定。

答題重點：題目問「do first」時，先找分析或確認步驟。未掌握 Change 對 Scope、Schedule、Cost 和 Risk 的影響之前，便直接 Accept 或 Reject 都太快。

2.5 People：Team Member 表現下降，應立即 Escalate 嗎？

Question You are a project manager for a large electrical system implementation. One of your key resources has started to miss deadlines and work quality is beginning to suffer as well. Team Member 已清楚 Deadline 和 Quality requirement，但表現開始下降，問題可能來自 Workload、Resource Constraint、Personal Issue、Skills Gap 或其他阻礙。未了解原因便交 HR、重新分工或 Escalate，可能令問題惡化。先私下溝通並找出影響表現的因素，更符合項目經理處理 People issue 的正常次序。

答題重點：People 題目常考處理次序。只要問題仍在 Project Manager 可以處理的範圍內，通常先溝通、了解原因，再決定是否需要 Escalate。

3. 做 PMP 題庫，重點不是記答案

3.1 先看 FIRST、BEST、MOST、NEXT

做 PMP 情境題，最容易失分的地方往往不在於概念完全不懂，而是未看清楚題目要你判斷的角色、次序和情境。看到 FIRST、BEST、MOST、NEXT 等字眼，要先確認題目究竟問「第一步」、「最合適做法」還是「最主要原因」，再比較選項。

3.2 先確認角色，再判斷責任

Sponsor、Project Manager、Product Owner、Scrum Master、Functional Manager 及 Team Member 的責任不同。特別是 Agile / Hybrid 題目，如果先把角色看錯，很容易選到「事情本身合理，但不應由這個角色決定」的答案。

3.3 不要只背答案，要記住判斷原因

如果只記住某一道題的答案，換一個 Change Scenario 後仍然可能選錯。真正要記住的是判斷次序：收到 Change Request，先了解影響，再按 Change Control／Governance 流程處理。把答案還原成判斷原則，才容易應用到新的題目。

3.4 備試後期要做完整 Timed Mock Exam

PMI 現時的官方 PMP Practice Exam 以 180 題完整模擬考試呈現，並按照三大 Domain 提供表現結果及答案解析。備試後期除了做獨立 PMP Practice Questions，亦應安排完整 Mock Exam，測試 240 分鐘內的答題節奏、長 Scenario 閱讀及不同題型切換。

4. ECO、PMBOK 及 PMP 題庫應該怎樣配合？

4.1 ECO：先確認考試真正評估甚麼

PMP Exam Content Outline 定義考試的 Domains、Tasks 及 Enablers。2026 版 ECO 亦明確指出，考試要求考生把項目管理概念及經驗應用到實際工作情境。準備考試時，ECO 應該是確認範圍的第一份文件。

4.2 PMBOK：建立項目管理知識框架

PMBOK Guide 提供 Principles、Technical Areas、Processes 及 Good Practices 等核心知識，但 PMI 亦明確指出 PMBOK 與 ECO 並不是同一份文件。考試不是逐章測試 PMBOK，而是透過 Scenario-based Questions 評估能否正確應用。

4.3 題庫與 Mock Exam：把概念放入情境

題庫真正有用的地方，是讓你把 Concept 放回實際情境中應用。做錯題時，可以記低自己看漏了哪個 Context、Role 或 Qualifier，以及判斷次序在哪一步出了問題，再針對弱項補回。

5. PMP 2026 常見問題

5.1 PMP 2026 新考試何時開始？

PMI 已於 2026 年 7 月更新 PMP Exam；官方新聞稿公布新版考試於 2026 年 7 月 9 日推出。現在報考，應以 2026 ECO 為準。

5.2 新版 PMP Exam 仍然是 180 題嗎？

是。考試共有 180 題，當中 170 題計分、10 題為 Pretest Questions；考試時間為 240 分鐘，並設有兩次 10 分鐘休息。

5.3 舊 PMP Notes 還可以用嗎？

可以保留核心項目管理內容，但應按 2026 ECO 補上新的 Domain weighting、AI、Sustainability、Value Delivery、Business Environment 及新增題型。PMI 亦表示，已經使用舊教材的考生不用全部重新開始。

5.4 PMP 題庫等於正式考題或「考古題」嗎？

不是。Mock Questions、Practice Questions 和 Question Bank 用來練習題型與判斷方法，不應視為正式考試原題。PMI 亦有官方 Sample Exam Questions 及完整 PMP Practice Exam，可用來熟習現行考試風格。

5.5 PMP Exam 有繁體中文嗎？

有。PMI 官方目前列出的 PMP Exam languages 包括 Traditional Chinese。
