Overview
As artificial intelligence accelerates the velocity of change, CEOs and senior executives are increasingly required to lead across organizational boundaries, competing priorities, technological discontinuities, and compressed transformation cycles.
AI Champion for Non-Technical Decision Makers (AICNT) is a 1.5-day executive program that combines leadership transformation with technology immersion.
Day 1 — 10 Dec 2026 (Thursday), led by KORNERSTONE, focuses on how executives must think, decide, mobilize, and lead differently in the Intelligence Era — moving progressively from insight and reflection toward transformation and action.
Day 2 — 11 Dec 2026 (Friday), an on-site executive journey at ASTRI Technovation Centre, led by ASTRI, shifts from leadership to technology, providing participants with direct exposure to emerging technologies, research capabilities, and technical expertise through an on-campus immersion experience.
Together, the two days connect a critical leadership question: How should we lead transformation, and what emerging capabilities could make that transformation possible?
Designed for leaders who do not need to build the technology but must understand, evaluate, and act on it, this program helps non-technical decision makers translate AI’s possibilities into confident, well-judged, and influential leadership.
